For nearly a decade, Cayle Pearson has dedicated himself to nonprofit conservation work at the Jacksonville Zoo, where he’s seen firsthand the financial challenges faced by mission‐driven organizations. While his heart is truly with reptiles and conservatory work, his experience revealed the pressing need for robust data solutions in the nonprofit sector.

Passionate about the mission of DataBridge Insights & Solutions, Cayle is especially excited about the Community Refund initiative—which promises to give hardworking nonprofits the funding and analytics assistance they need. He firmly believes that by harnessing data, nonprofits can overcome financial hurdles and achieve lasting impact.

Outside of work, you’ll often catch Cayle at the gym, building his LLC, Evolution Toys & Collectibles, or spending quality time with his partner. His blend of financial expertise and genuine commitment to conservation makes him an invaluable asset to the team and a driving force for change.
